Housebuilder Product Awards 2026 - WINNERS
The winners of the 2026 Housebuilder Product Awards assembled for a celebratory lunch while enjoying some sunshine - in front of the River Thames. These are the people providing solutions and innovations to the housebuilding industry, in areas including fabric, services and sustainability. Before the eight winning companies were handed their well-deserved trophies, Michael Pawlyn, one of the lead architects of the Eden Project and a founder member of the UK Green Building Council, enlightened our guests on regenerative design and biomimicry projects.
The winners will vie for the Product of the year award at the Housebuilder Awards, on the 12th November 2026.
Now in their Fourteenth year, these Awards were successfully launched in 2013 by Housebuilder Media to reward excellence for products and systems which aid new home development in the UK.
The Housebuilder Product Awards are supported by HBF and NHBC and sponsored by Daikin, with judges from organisations including CPA, HBF, NHBC, Future Homes Hub and leading housebuilders.
Please contact events@house-builder.co.uk with any questions.
Congratulations to all of our winners!
