The Homes and Communities Agency has confirmed the successful bidders and allocations for its affordable homes programme. Successful housebuilders include Bovis Homes, Bellway and Galliford Try. <br> <br> Under the £1.8 billion investment programme, more homes than anticipated will be delivered for Affordable Rent and affordable home ownership over the 2011–2015 period – up to 170,000 instead of the originally envisaged 150,000.<br> <br>
