It provides a management tool which enables a company to identify and control the environmental impact of its products and to continually improve its environmental performance. <br> <br> To attain certification requires objective evidence which can be audited to demonstrate that the environmental management system is operating effectively in conformity with the standard. <br> <br> “We regard environmental management very seriously indeed and it is a key factor in our approach to our corporate and social responsibility,” says Barry Whitehall, Stormking’s commercial director.<br> <br>
