Barratt Redrow has seen “resilient” trading since its previous year end, although with completions down 12.1% and “stronger demand from the private rental sector”. During the 17-week period from June 29 2026 to October 25 2026, the volume housebuilder’s total home completions, including JVs, were 3,223 against 3,665 homes in the comparable period last year.
