Bellway reaches out with iPad app

Housebuilder Bellway has reached out to its mobile audience and launched its first iPhone and iPad app. <br> <br> The app extends Bellway’s online market activity, allowing customers to search for a Bellway home no matter where they are. It also provides immediate access to the company’s new website, enabling customers to make appointments to view properties instantly. <br> <br> “The internet is a crucial element to our marketing strategy,” commented Maria Seed, Bellway’s group sales director. “There are over 50 million users in the UK alone – some of them will be deciding where their next home is going to be, and we need to be talking to them.” <br> <br> Owners of iPhones and iPads can now download the Bellway app free of charge from the iTunes store.
