Crest Nicholson is expanding in 2005 and has split its operating unit, Crest Nicholson Developments, into separate “Developments” and “Projects” units, which will lead the company’s mixed-use schemes and regeneration projects respectively. The former will report to executive director Paul Callcutt, and the latter to Chris Tinker, present md of Crest Nicholson Developments. Both units, alongside Crest Strategic Projects, will report to operating officer Stephen Stone. “Our business has continued to grow and we have made these organisational changed to ensure that our continuing success in major mixed use and residential regeneration is underpinned by an excellent management structure,” said chief executive John Callcutt.
