GT embraces Linden brand

Galliford Try is changing its housebuilding division brand name to Linden Homes. <br> <br> The company’s regional brands – Midas Homes, Stamford Homes, Gerald Wood Homes and Rosemullion Homes – will be unified and will all carry the name of the company’s largest regional brand. <br> <br> The one-brand name will “instil a strong sense of dependability and demonstrate a true national presence with Linden Homes stretching from Cornwall to North Yorkshire operating through ten regional business units,” the housebuilder said. <br> <br> To reflect the brand change, a new Linden Homes logo has been devised. <br> <br> The change is an “integral part” of the company’s strategy for delivering its three-year expansion plan, which is on track to hit its objective – achieving annual sales in excess of 3,000 homes, said Ian Baker, group md of the newly-titled Linden Homes. <br> <br> “Creating ‘one-brand’ heralds a new era for our business and reaffirms our investment towards future growth,” he commented. “We’re demonstrating there’s strength in togetherness.”#<br> <br>
