<b></b> The British Urban Regeneration Association has launched a new guide to assessing and developing contaminated land, sponsored by NHBC and the RICS Research Foundation. <br><b>Imtiaz Farookhi, NHBC chief executive and BURA director, said: &amp;"The need to develop on brownfield sites has never been more important and it is vital that we all understand the need for a comprehensive approach to tackling its implications.&amp;" </b><br><b>The guide, called Breaking New Ground, is mainly aimed at landowners, developers and professional advisers and is available for £10 plus £2 p&amp;&amp;p from BURA (0800 0181260).</b><br>
