<b>Angel Property</b> is awaiting a planning decision for a new housing development in London, for the construction of 56 flats and 14 live-work units in Green Walk. <p></p><p>Detailed plans have been submitted for a residential development at Fairfield Park in Hitchin. The project will consist of construction of 17 houses with garages and parking. </p><p><b>NHP Developments</b> has submitted plans for 254 flats in five and seven storey blocks on the Kingston Power Station site in Kingston-on-Thames. Plans were designed by Paul Brookes Architects. </p><p><b>George Wimpey Bristol</b> has applied for planning consent for a two and three storey development of 126 flats at Princess Elizabeth Way and Gloucester Road, Cheltenham. The scheme is worth £7.5 million. </p><p><b>Kingston Homes Southern</b> has submitted plans to Rother District Council for the construction of 66 flats and four shops at Bexhill-On-Sea. The design team includes Faulkner Associates. Work is expected to start on site later this year. </p><p><b>Countrywide Homes </b>has submitted outline plans for the redevelopment of the former Wattons Lane Sewage Works in Southam, Warwickshire.
