Associated works include infrastructure, enabling and site services. Detailed planning permission has been granted by Lancaster city council. Bywater &amp;&amp; Tweedale is the architect on this scheme. <p></p><p><b>Bonusville</b> has applied for outline planning permission from Barnsley Borough Council for the construction of 23 apartments. The site at Brampton Road, Wombwell, Barnsley is expected to cost £1.1 million. Jig Architectural Consultants from Mold has done the design work. </p><p><b>Watkins Jones &amp;&amp; Sons</b> has been appointed for the construction of apartments and retail units at Gorse Stacks in Chester. The £10.7 million scheme involves the construction of three residential developments with 141 apartments and eight retail units at site one; 35 apartments and two retail units on site two and 59 apartments on site three. Hoare Lea &amp;&amp; Partners, Stephenson Bell and Barlows are the design team.
