It is published as part of our Housing Market Intelligence (HMI) initiative, which includes the popular HMI conference and annual report. <p></p><p><b>top 25 table</b> </p><p>Inside you will find an essential table of the top 25 housebuilders ranked by turnover and rated on six other key measures – profit, completions, landbanks, average selling price, brownfield percentage and people employed. </p><p>The information provides an invaluable guide to the structure of the industry and gives a feel for who are the movers and shakers in housebuilding today. </p><p>When referring to the table, it must be noted that comparisons between companies should be made with caution, because each will operate differently in different trading environments, will have different corporate structures and also different accounting dates and details recorded. Every attempt has been made to be as consistent as possible in recoding these figures and a set of rules has been applied to ensure these are as consistent as possible.
