Mixed-use scheme will boost Leeds city centre

<table><tbody><tr><td> Leeds city centre will be boosted by the development of a 833-apartment mixed-use scheme on the site of the former Monks Bridge Works alongside the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. Designed for Harrow Estates by Assael Architecture, the development was chosen from more than 70 entries in a RIBA-led competition. George Wimpey City is expected to start construction next year.</td></tr></tbody></table>
