£2.5million for a taste of the high life

<p>The last of six penthouses at Berkeley Homes’ Tabard Square development is on the market for £2.5 million. The luxury abode sits atop one of the largest urban brownfield sites in London. The site, in Borough, is being transformed into a new community of 572 one to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, along with retail and community facilities, the centrepiece of which is a 22-storey tower. “The apartments offer a very modern look and show how a property at Tabard Square can offer a taste of the high life,” said Berkeley interior designer Jo Love.</p>
