With discussion around the Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Cities gaining considerable volume over the past decade, it seems we are moving further towards areas where the built environment is holistically connected with everyday technology.
Currently, conversations around Smart Cities do not often encompass housing and housebuilding - I think this needs to change.
