The 227 acre former RAF Burtonwood site near Warrington will accommodate 2000 new homes creating a new urban village ranging from one and two bedroom apartments to six bedroom detached homes. There will also be affordable housing, a park, railway station and health, education and heritage facilities plus commercial units.</p><p>&amp; </p><p>&amp; </p><p></p>
