Andrew co-led the acquisition of Antler Homes, a privately owned housebuilder based in Surrey, in June 2018.
He has been the Managing Director of Antler for eight years with significant personal investment in the business.
He has overseen the growth of the business from £19m turnover in 2019 to £53m turnover in 2025.
He has raised £175m of site funding for Antler, including a including a £75m revolving credit facility, along with £11m of Topco funding.
Andrew provides operational leadership, strategic direction and corporate finance expertise along with fifteen years of industry experience and twenty years of corporate finance experience across four continents.
Andrew has been a Board member and an Audit Committee member of Raven Housing Trust since September 2021.
Prior to Antler Homes he was Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Taylor Wimpey Plc, where he spent eight years and led the £595 million sale of its North American business and held a range of strategic and operational roles.
Andrew was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers and Acquisitions team where he spent ten years in London and New York. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche working in Australia, the UK, the Asia Pacific and the US.
Andrew trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and a CPA (US) and has an MBA from Columbia Business School (US) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
