Fiona joined Cratus in May 2026 and leads the Communities and Placemaking team. In this role she works with clients, local residents and stakeholders to build trust and understand what is important locally to support places and communities to thrive. She believes that meaningful community engagement is essential to deliver better outcomes for both clients and on the ground.
She has extensive experience across planning, public policy, and community engagement. Before joining Cratus, Fiona held a number of senior roles within the built environment sector, including chief executive roles at both the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) and Campaign for National Parks, and as head of planning at Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE).
