Mark Aedy

Mark Aedy is Chairman, EMEA & APAC Investment Banking at Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank. He has over 40 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across multiple jurisdictions globally on a broad range of advisory services including strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has an extensive track record of transactions in the housing sector.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee. Prior to that, Mark held several leadership roles at Merrill Lynch including Head of Investment Banking – Europe, Middle East and Africa, Head of Metals & Mining and Head of General Industrials.

Mark holds a B.A. (Honours) from Durham University. He was the Senior Independent Director at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Mark is an Ambassador to The HALO Trust, a Non-Executive Director of British Land PLC and a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University.
