Ross joined the Hub in 2025 as Head of Homes and Construction. His background is in construction innovation and net zero carbon policy development, with experience across technical consultancy, product development and building performance evaluation, within both new build and retrofit projects. In his role at the hub he works closely with technical teams to understand challenges, develop best practice solutions and support mainstream delivery of future homes.
