<p>Housebuilders with something to shout about should take note: the annual Housing Design Awards and the Housebuilding Innovation Awards are both now open for entries. The Housing Design Awards – the government’s in partnership with NHBC, RTPI and RIBA – recognise the whole development team: housebuilder, architect, case officer and planning chair. The 60 shortlisted schemes will be invited to Whitehall’s Banqueting House for the presentation on July 19.
