Steve Menary looks at the scheme and plans for the final phase</b><br><b>Recent sightings of dolphins and seals at Limehouse Basin in London&amp;’s Docklands indicate just how the area&amp;’s transformation is starting to attract new visitors above and below the waterline.</b><br> But retaining those visitors, both animal and human, is the key. With piles of detritus still lingering on the surface of the docks, the sealife sightings are rare.</p><p> Despite this the continued development in the area is bringing in new people and businesses bringing a resultant improvement in the environment - the new residents are a catalyst for regeneration.</p><p><b><b>bellway at the basin </b></b><br> Bellway has been building at the basin since 1997, working on an &amp;£80 million five phase 660 home development and has seen the profile of buyers change in that time.
