Boomerang kids

David Wilson Homes have identified “boomerang kids” as a key factor in new home buying trends. These are the growing tranche of young adults who move out and then return home, partly as a result of increasing living costs. Group marketing manager Bev Weston said: “We found that purchasers are continually seeking more flexible accommodation to keep pace with the comings and goings of children who return home after studying.”
