<b></b><b>Crosby Homes (North West)</b> has applied for detailed planning permission for the demolition of a residential home and the construction of 21 houses. The site at Leighton Road, Ardmore in South Wirral will be developed once full planning has been attained.<br><b>Loughlin Homes</b> has submitted detailed plans for ten houses in Norley Hall Avenue in Wigan. The development which is on the former West Ward Labour Club, is calculated at around &amp;£500,000 with a construction start date yet to announced.<p></p><p><b>Twigden Homes</b> is building 32 flats in a two/three storey block with en-suites at Welford Road in Northampton. The &amp;£1.3 million development received full planning permission in March of this year and work will start in August.</p><p>A detailed planning application has been submitted to the Vale of White Horse DC by retirement homes builder <b>McCarthy &amp;&amp; Stone.</b> The plans are for the construction of a three storey block of 28 one and two bedroom sheltered apartments which should start in early 2003.</p><p><b>Bryant Homes</b> has recently submitted detailed plans to build 24 apartments in Sandmoor Avenue, Leeds.
