Churchill Retirement Living has won a major planning appeal, which opens the way for it to develop a £12 million residential scheme on a brownfield site in Lilliput, Poole. The privately owned retirement housebuilder plans to build 50 one and two-bedroom retirement units on the site, which has been vacant for a number of years. The appeal was lodged against Poole Borough Council for nondetermination of the application.
