Conference targets the treble

<b></b>The elusive trinity of high quality layout, PPG3 car parking standards and buyer appeal will be the focus of the HBF&amp;’s annual design conference next month.<br>The event on Wednesday June 11 at the Dartford Hilton will examine case studies that offer ideas for dealing with the government&amp;’s planning agenda in PPG3. John Callcutt, chief executive of Crest Nicholson, will present on the housebuilder&amp;’s Ingress Park development at Greenhithe and James Sunley of Sunley Homes will detail Sunley&amp;’s joint venture with Environ Homes at Kings Hill in West Malling, the award-wining Lacuna. <p></p><p> Both schemes, within visiting distance of the conference venue, will be opened up to delegates as part of the afternoon session. </p><p>The event, which is run by the HBF in partnership with Design for Homes, will include additional presentations by Kevin Mcgeough of English Partnerships, Peter Phippen, founder of PRP Architects, and Graham Smith of Oxford Brookes University.</p><p>The conference upgrades an existing PPG3 debate scheduled for June 11 and existing ticket holders will be able to attend at the original price. </p><p> New bookings are being charged at &amp;£100 to HBF members and &amp;£150 otherwise.
