<b><b>There&amp;’s a leisure theme to this month&amp;’s <i>Development round up</i>, with schemes near golf courses in Cheshire and Scotland and the redevelopment of the site of a pub in Manchester</b><br><b></b></b><br><b><br> </b><br><b><b>Grange setting</b></b><br> Manor Kingdom has recently released the second of three phases of its development at North Berwick, around 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh. Phase two, Trayner&amp;’s Grange, comprises four and five-bedroomed detached family homes and five-bedroomed villas on the southern edge of the town. It is surrounded by dramatic scenery including the Lammermuir Hills, and has views to the town of North Berwick and the Firth of Forth; two golf courses are located nearby.<p></p><p><b>Update:</b> Currently released are two bungalows priced from &amp;£415,000, and three five-bedroomed villas from &amp;£525,000. All but one of the first phase of 19 homes at Trayner&amp;’s Brae have been sold.</p><p><br> </p><p><b><b>Higgins flagship </b></b><br> The first phase of Higgins Homes&amp;’ South Central flagship development on Magdalen Street, East Colchester comprises 29 properties including three-bedroomed houses and one and two-bedroomed apartments.
