Homes for sale website launched

<b></b>The House Builders Federation has launched a new website promoting its members&amp;’ new homes for sale. It aims to be the definitive guide for new home buyers in England, Scotland and Wales and make the task of finding a new home easier for customers.<br>The site, new-homes.co.uk, already includes the developments of 44 major home builders nationwide, including David Wilson, Westbury, Barratt and Redrow, with more than 1000 individual sites listed. <p></p><p>All HBF and NHMB members can advertise their developments on the site for a fee based on the developer&amp;’s previous year&amp;’s completion figure. This will fund the maintenance and promotion and future development of the site.</p><p>&amp;“The site puts an end to the time-consuming process of trawling through individual developer websites and estate agencies,&amp;” said HBF director of corporate services Rachel Done, &amp;“and it eliminates the risk of missing out on potentially suitable purchases. Above all, it offers by far the most comprehensive selection of new properties for sale.&amp;”</p><p>The site - developed by the HBF and New Homes Marketing Board - is designed to be user-friendly.
