I spent ten years there on a fantastic portfolio of 1,000 shops, casinos, hotels, Texas Homecare stores. We were always trying to buy freeholds because guys at the top had a shrewd knowledge of property.</p><p><b><b>First job in the industry?</b></b><br> Regional land manager from 1986 at Wilcon South Midlands, which happened to be based in Elstree, North London.
