Housing minister Matthew Pennycook is to speak at tomorrow’s HBF Planning Conference in Birmingham.
The minister will discuss the industry with HBF planning director and conference chair Catherine Williams and HBF’s chief executive Neil Jefferson.
The Conference will examine all aspects of planning, including the Planning and Infrastructure Bill, devolution, grey belt and the legal aspects of planning.
Pennycook will join speakers from housebuilders, local government, HBF, researchers, consultants and legal firms who will provide unmissable and comprehensive coverage of the planning sector.
These will include Grant Butterworth, head of planning at Leicester City Council; Mark Skilbeck, UK planning director at Taylor Wimpey; Kate Tait, group strategic land and planning director at Cameron Homes; Emily Williams, director – residential research at Savills; and Myles Wild-Smith, planning director at Lichfields.
