<b><b>The latest results of the National Customer Satisfaction Survey 2001 have been released, and once again housebuilders will be looking anxiously to find out how they are rated. Over the next four pages Housebuilder reveals the key findings</b></b><br><b>The second National Customer Satisfaction Survey has found that 87% of respondents are satisfied with their new home - the same as in the first survey in 2000.</b><br><b>The massive poll of more than 10,000 customers - conducted by MORI for the Housing Forum and sponsored by the DTI - not only establishes views on the desirability of new homes but also rates the top 54 housebuilders across a range of categories. </b><br><b>The builders are awarded a star rating - three stars is above average, two stars is average and one star is below average. If not enough statistical information is available for the category, then a &“shadow star&” rating is awarded - an improvement on the last survey where, in this situation, no information at all was provided.</b><br><b><br> </b><br>& <p></p><p><b><b>above average</b></b><br> For the second survey running, Jelson, Bloor, Midland and General Homes were rated above average in all seven categories, joined this year by Croudace.
