<b></b>A development of 98 houses is proposed by <b>Persimmon Homes</b> (East Scotland) in Livingston. A detailed planning application for the site at Hardie Road is pending a decision from the authority.<br><b><b>Plants</b> of Whaley Bridge has applied for permission to construct eight townhouses and 36 flats in the Derbyshire town. The detailed application is currently being considered by High Peak District Council for the site at Wharf Road.</b><br><b><b>Westleigh Developments</b> is planning to build a 30 unit residential scheme at Coalville in Leicestershire. The project at the old Forest Road Garage on London Road comprises demolition of the existing building and construction of 22 flats and eight houses. A detailed planning application is pending with North West Leicestershire District Council.</b><br><b>Plans have been approved by Bromsgrove District Council to begin work on Sites E1-E4 at The Oakalls on Stratford Road in the town.
