<b></b><b>MD Homes</b> (NW) has applied for permission to build a development of nine flats on Manchester Old Road in Bury. The three-storey development is awaiting a decision from Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for outline permission on the site.<br>An application for 41 three and four bedroomed houses has been submitted to North Lincolnshire Borough Council by <b>Keigar Homes</b>. The site at Spruce Lane in Ulceby will be developed by Keigar once the application for approval of reserved matters has been approved. As yet a committee date has yet to be confirmed.<p></p><p> Persimmon Homes is hoping to gain approval to construct 14 houses at St Nicholas Drive in Beverley. The application is currently pending for 6 four bed terraced houses, 2 three bed detached, 4 four bed detached and 2 five bed detached houses.</p><p><b>Park Hill Housing Association</b> have won approval from Uttlesford Council for a 10 house development in Leaden Roding near Dunmow in Essex. The scheme comprises demolition of existing buildings and construction of 4 three-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom terraced houses.
