<b>George Wimpey</b> has received full planning permission for its proposed three and four storey block of 18 flats at Eaton Road in the London Borough of Sutton. Wimpey plans to start construction in March/April 2003.<p></p><p><b>Wilson Connolly Homes</b> has started the construction of 160 houses and flats at Radwinter Drive and Cranfield Park Avenue in Wickford, Essex. The &amp;£7.5 million scheme comprises the construction of 141 two and three storey houses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, plus 19 two bedroom flats.</p><p><b>Dulay Properties</b> has submitted detailed plans for a 42 apartment development in Alice Street in Bilston. The scheme, which has been calculated at around &amp;£1.7 million, is being designed by KCH &amp;&amp; Partners of Wolverhampton.</p><p><b>Barratt Northampton</b> has submitted an Approval of Reserved Matters application for the construction of 142 houses. The site is situated at Grange Park, Northampton and is currently waiting a decision through South Northamptonshire Council.</p><p><b>Haslam Homes</b> has submitted a detailed planning application for 46 two and three bedroom houses.
