Barratt West Scotland has submitted an application of approval of reserved matters for 120 new houses due to be built at Lower Bathville, Armadale in Bathgate. <p></p><p> Taylor Woodrow in Edinburgh has recently submitted detailed plans for 107 houses at Holmes East in Broxburn. The new houses will form part of the existing development.</p><p> Bellway (North West) has submitted plans for the second phase of the development at Heights Lane in Rochester. The latest phase includes 15 new build houses and is expected to start on site late 2003.</p><p> Persimmon has received full planning permission for its development of 107 houses at High Wold, Bempton Lane, Bridlington. The scheme is expected to start on site this summer.</p><p> Detailed plans have been submitted to Bristol City Council by Barratt Homes for the proposed development at St Johns Lane, Bedminster, Bristol. The scheme is to build a two/three storey development of 140 flats and houses and to also include a single storey sports pavilion with three sports pitches.</p><p> Revised plans have been submitted for the demolition of buildings, followed by construction of one one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom flats totalling 10,010 sq m at Neville House, Page Street in London.
