Bovis Homes has submitted an amended outline planning application for a residential development at St Margaret&amp;’s Hospital site in Shady Lane, Birmingham. The scheme is valued at around <p></p><p> &amp;£50 million and also proposes conversion of Great Barr Hall to form executive residences.</p><p> Bloor Homes has submitted an approval of reserved matters application to Wolverhampton Borough Council, for a residential project on 3.57 hectares of land in Bilston. The firm purchased this site when the previous landowner received outline planning consent at Loxdale Street. Bloor now proposes to build 129 prestigious houses and 65 apartments, all with en-suite bathrooms, chimneys and garages. </p><p> Outline plans have been submitted to Leeds City Council for 14 apartments at Allerton Park. It is envisaged that the developer Eastgate Developments (Beverley) will market this site with the benefit of planning permission.</p><p> Kier Homes has just started on site with a development on Westerpark Avenue site. The development consists of 63 houses and has been designed by HLM Architects of Glasgow. Planning was gained by through South Lanarkshire council in late 2002.</p><p> Liverpool 2001 Ltd has submitted plans for 82 apartments.
