Customers are less happy about the quality and service they receive from the industry today than they were two years ago. The latest MORI Housing Forum survey of customer attitudes shows falls in satisfaction levels in practically all aspects of the sales
Seller’s packs must have home survey

The government’s proposed new seller’s packs will have to include a survey of the home even if it is less than ten years old and under warranty. These home condition reports (HCRs) will be introduced with seller’s packs in January 2007.
