So the new managing director of Miller Homes will know that his home town was the end of the road for Bonnie Prince Charlie when he brought his Jacobite army across the border to reclaim the English throne. 300 years later and it is the man from Derby who is bringing the Scots south, spearheading the expansion of Miller&amp;’s housing arm in a drive into the southern English market.
