So the new managing director of Miller Homes will know that his home town was the end of the road for Bonnie Prince Charlie when he brought his Jacobite army across the border to reclaim the English throne. 300 years later and it is the man from Derby who is bringing the Scots south, spearheading the expansion of Miller&amp;’s housing arm in a drive into the southern English market. To date the firm has swept as far south as Stratford, already reaching 50 miles further than the Stuart Prince - but this time the march is not going to halt in the English Midlands.</b><br> Hough has been with Miller since the beginning of September having been snapped up from a short spell at David Wilson Homes by Miller group chief executive Keith Miller.
