Goldcrest<p></p><p>Goldcrest Homes has appointed Trish Henderson (left) as its new sales and marketing director. She has previously worked at Berkeley, Barratt and Alfred McAlpine. She will team up with Mary O&amp;’Sullivan (right) who, after seven years with the firm, has been promoted to sales and marketing manager.</p><p>Furlong</p><p> Furlong Homes&amp;’ technical director David Potter has been appointed managing director of Furlong City, the new inner city arm of the Gladedale Group.</p><p>Croudace</p><p> Sales and marketing director Russell Denness has been promoted to become Croudace&amp;’s new commercial director, putting him in charge of five departments - planning, design, engineering, sales and marketing. He replaces Brian Nagle who retired at the end of 2002.</p><p><b>Miller</b></p><p> Miller Homes has appointed Russell Ranford as senior land manager of its West Midlands division. His task will be to drive Miller southwards into Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire where the firm has no presence.</p><p><b>Lovell</b></p><p> Lovell has appointed Mary Lynch to the new post of strategy director. She joins Lovell&amp;’s national board from the London Borough of Camden where, as assistant director of housing for six years, she was responsible for one of the UK&amp;’s largest housing capital programmes.</p><p><br> </p><p><b>Linden</b></p><p>David Tilman has been appointed group finance director of Linden Homes replacing Lou …
