Ashwell<p></p><p>David Connolly has been appointed managing director of Ashwell Homes. Previously a land director of Stamford Homes, Connolly has 20 years experience as a chartered surveyor for major residential developers across the UK.</p><p>Gleeson</p><p> Andrew Muncey has been appointed Group Managing Director of Gleeson from May on the retirement of David Eyre. Muncey, 46, joined the firm as deputy managing director of the southern construction division in 1997.</p><p>Osborne</p><p>Osborne has promoted Colin Mitchell to divisional director in its homes division.
