Croudace has established a new affordable housing company which will begin operating in the New Year. Croudace Homes in Partnership will be based in Westerham, Kent, and will be headed by md Ron Goodman, a Croudace Board member. “The changing needs in the marketplace related to affordable housing precipitated the setting up of a separate company within Croudace,” said Goodman. “We already have the experienced personnel within the organisation who will be moving to the new office in the New Year, and the new company will allow them to focus totally on this sector of the housing market.”
