As the campaign gets underway Kirsten Bunch examines the changes</b><br><b> This month NHBC launches its Pride In the Job competition to find the UK&’s best housebuilding site managers. Despite entering its 23rd year, the competition remains lively, hard-fought and, relevant to the industry. To keep it up to date NHBC maintains a close watch on developments in housebuilding and radically shakes up the rules when required, as this year will show. </b><br><b>2003 will be marked out as a watershed in the history of the awards. Would-be winners can now look forward to being judged within categories which better reflect the current trends in housebuilding. The biggest departure is the introduction of a brand new multi-storey category.</b><br><b>Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of NHBC, says: &“We recognise that the industry is developing, with new styles of design and new methods of construction, and new demands on site.
