The shortlist has been announced for the inaugural Housebuilder Product Awards.<br> <br> More than 30 companies have been selected from entries in eight categories including Building fabric; Internal/Interior; Services; Kitchen and Bathroom; External; Site product inc Health and Safety; Business product; and Brand new product.<br> <br> Heatrae Sadia has been shortlisted three times for three separate products – the Megaflo SHRU60 and the Megaflo SolaReady in the Services category and the Aquatap in Kitchens and Bathrooms. Roofspace Solutions/National Hickman has two nominations, as does Polypipe Ventilation, British Gypsum and Scott ELM.<br> <br> The winners will be announced at a lunchtime ceremony at Edgbaston Cricket Ground on Thursday June 20.
