<p>Sales at Linden Homes, Galliford Try's housebuilding arm, are up a third since the start of the year according to a management statement issued today.</p> <p>The housebuilder has recorded 0.6 sales per site per week since the turn of the year compared to 0.45 last year, and current sales reserved, contracted or completed stand at £774 million compared to £540 million in 2011.</p> <p>Linden has 94 sales outlets up from 75, focused in the south, on which visitor levels are 22% up.</p> <p>GT ceo Greg Fitzgerald said: "The housebuilding division, with its southern focus, continues to perform well with strong sales in the year to date. The Group is confident of delivering its housebuilding expansion plan as set out three years ago."</p>
