Wayne Hemingway, 41, is co-founder/owner of hemingwaydesign with wife Gerardine. He grew up in Morcambe, and the couple - who have four children - founded the highly successful, award-winning Red or Dead fashion label in 1982. <p></p><p> Since selling Red or Dead and establishing hemingwaydesign in 1999, the pair have been involved in a number of design projects, including a revamp of a section of the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall, and recently, Wimpey&amp;’s Staiths South Bank development. </p><p> In his spare time, Wayne Hemingway is patron of Fathers Direct, which promotes positive, involved fatherhood; chair of a Princes Trust initiative for young people getting started in business, and has helped establish a purpose built youth cricket academy in Sussex.</p><p>www.hemingwaydesign.co.uk</p><p><br> </p><p></p>
