Adam Daniels is the Executive Chair of Vistry Group Yorkshire, North Midlands & West, overseeing 10 regions with over 1000 staff in the North, Central and South of England. Having just completed his first half year in this role, he has been focused on boosting long term business success and increasing profit levels, whilst supporting cross-functional teams to increase customer satisfaction through process improvements.
Adam has an extensive Commercial background after achieving a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Commercial Management at the start of his career. After joining the Construction Industry in 2009 working for private housebuilder Bloor Homes, he joined Galliford Try Partnerships
in 2014 to diversify his experience and gain a greater understanding of the partnerships model. In 2016, Adam joined Countryside Partnerships to assist in opening the West Midlands region based in Wolverhampton, initially as a member of the Commercial team.
Over the next number of years, Adam progressed through the business to Managing Director of the West Midlands business in Wolverhampton.
In early 2022, Adam assumed the role of Divisional Managing Director, overseeing regions in
the East Midlands, West Midlands and the South West, leading all three region’s through the Countryside year end and, delivering over £50m of EBITDA profit for the Group. Towards the end of
the year, Countryside were acquired by the Vistry Group and Adam continued in his role, taking on four regions across the Midlands, before finally moving into his role of Divisional Chair at the end of 2023.
Adam has extensive experience in housebuilding, working closely with Local Authorities, Registered Affordable Providers and Private Rental Funders, as well as local communities and stakeholders, providing the highest quality living environments in the Yorkshire, North Midlands and the West.
